Due to the mystery nature of the Labubu product, we do not accept returns based on character preference or box opening.

However, if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the product issue

• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

• You’ll receive a full or partial refund back to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Opened mystery boxes (unless damaged or incorrect)

• Sale or discounted items
